Punch Masenamela signs for new club
Former Kaizer Chiefs defender Punch Masenamela has signed a one-year deal with Mbabane Highlanders in Swaziland.
The 32-year-old last featured in the Premiership during the 2017/18 campaign for Baroka, though he spent last season with Baberwa in the ABC Motsepe League.
Nonetheless, Masenamela has found a new home in Eswatini and has already made his debut - contributing an assist in a 3-1 victory over Manzini Wanderers on Sunday.
A source told Kickoff: "Punch Masenamela is our player now and played during the Charity tournament on Sunday.
"He has signed a one year deal."
Highlanders was the last club former Orlando Pirates star Steve Lekoelea played for before he eventually hung up his boots permanently.
