Kaizer Chiefs v Polokwane City
Kaizer Chiefs will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing draw against Highlands Park when they host Polokwane City on Saturday (kick-off 18h00).
The match will take place behind closed doors at Durban's Moses Mabhida Stadium due to fan violence which took place at the venue when Amakhosi lost 2-0 to Free State Stars in April.
Rise and Shine will be looking to capitalise on the lack of support for the Glamour Boys, who have a large fan base in Durban.
Should Polokwane City beat Giovanni Solinas' side, they would move level on points with Chiefs, despite having played two fewer games.
City have shone so far this season under new coach Josef Vukusic, which was why he was considered for coach of the month for September.
However, he was beaten to the award by none other than Solinas, who has bounced back after a difficult start to life at Naturena despite suffering another setback in Chiefs' most recent game.
The Italian is now preparing his charges to play without the vocal backing of their supporters -- a challenge which he has admitted will be different to what they have faced so far this season.
"We are going to need a special kind of preparation for this match, a special mentality," Solinas was quoted as saying by IOL.
"Because the atmosphere, without the supporters, is not real. It will be a strange atmosphere. So this means we have to prepare psychologically also for this situation."
