Amazulu appoint Vukusic as new head coach
Amazulu have announced Jozef Vukusic as their new head coach to replace to the departed Cavin Johnson.
Johnson was sacked by Usuthu on Monday with the club having made a poor start to the current campaign having only picked up two points in their first five league games.
Vukusic will return to the top-flight of South Africa football having held the coaching job at Polokwane City last season.
The Slovakian led Rise and Shine to a credible fifth place finish last campaign but quit the Limpopo-based side at the end of the season due to personal reasons.
Amazulu announced their new head coach on their social media platforms, saying: "We wish to welcome Jozef Vukusic who will take over as Head Coach with immediate effect.
"The 55 year old Slovakian born coach is due to arrive in Durban this afternoon and be introduced to team on Thursday morning."
The KZN club have also confirmed that Vukusic has signed a three-year contract.
