Mosimane: All is forgotten when you win
Mamelodi Sundowns and their head coach Pitso Mosimane will be aiming to put a difficult few days behind them when they take on Maritzburg United in an Absa Premiership clash on Saturday.
Masandawana need to show their bounce-back ability as they were beaten 2-0 by Supersport United in the second leg of the MTN semifinal on Wednesday.
It was the manner of the defeat by their Tshwane rivals that would have concerned Mosimane and but the four-time league winning coach says a victory over the Team of Choice is just what is needed.
Mosimane said on Sundowns' website: "All is forgotten when you win. You are only as good as your last game. So we need to win to turn it around.
"It won't be easy, however. Coach Eric Tinkler only plays one way against Sundowns and he hasn't changed his way and why should he change? I expect the usual."
Mosimane said the midweek loss showed that you can't win them all, and that you can have a team can have a bad day.
"We are normal also. You will have one of those days. That’s why I am saying a win is the only way we will feel better," Mosimane added.
