Sebola tips Pule for move abroad
Former Orlando Pirates striker Andries Sebola has tipped Vincent Pule to earn himself a move overseas with his impressive performances.
Pule was linked with a switch to Kaizer Chiefs from Bidvest Wits, but ultimately moved to Mayfair instead. Sebola, who predicted Pule would have a good season in Buccaneers' colours, has now claimed he can take his career to the next level.
"He must put his feet on the on the ground because the journey ahead of him is a long one. Pirates is not an easy team to please. When you promise the supporters that you are going to deliver, you must keep on delivering," Sebola told Soccer Laduma.
"I'm happy for him because the boy is still young and he looks like he is grounded, and doesn't listen to people with bad behaviour from outside, and doesn't associate with them.
"He must keep grounded, work hard and listen to senior players at Pirates and he will go far."
Sebola claimed that Pule made the right decision in joining Pirates due to the quality of midfielders at the club, who can supply him with passes. However, he does not anticipate a lengthy stay for the attacker.
"The boy won't stay long at Pirates, mark my words," he predicted. "You can see that he's got good height and good speed and skill. So, I won't be surprised if follows the likes of Percy Tau and others outside the country."
