Mlambo: We want to bring back the glory days
Orlando Pirates midfielder Xola Mlambo says Milutin Sredojevic's side have their eyes on bringing the glory days back to the Soweto giants this season.
The Sea Robbers managed second place behind Mamelodi Sundowns in the Serbian's first-year since making a return to the Premiership.
However, the 27-year-old midfielder admitted that second spot is never good enough for a team of Pirates' calibre and they will fight for every trophy on offer in the 2018/19 season.
"I mean, Pirates is a bigger team and we cannot task ourselves with smaller objectives," Mlambo told SABC.
"So we want to win trophies and bring the glory days back at the club.
"If you look at matches we played so far, we create chances, we miss chances then we concede from our own mistakes and I don't think there is any opponent that has given us a hard time."
