Pitso criticises Maboe's finishing after Chippa win
Mamelodi Sundowns coach Pitso Mosimane was pleased to see his side beat Chippa United 3-2 on Tuesday though he wants Lebohang Maboe to improve his finishing.
Goals from Hlompho Kekana, Sibusiso Vilakazi and Gaston Sirino sealed the points for the Brazilians as they went top of the table tied on 50 points with Orlando Pirates.
Chippa's goals came from Mark Mayambela and Rhulani Manzini in the Premiership contest.
Nonetheless, Mosimane expressed happiness with the result but added he wants to see better decision-making from Maboe in front of goal.
He told SuperSport: "What can I say? Difficult game, because Chippa gave us a hard time to be honest. They had their nice combination passes and play we had a little bit of a challenge.
"But what's important is that we scored three goals. We scored two over the weekend, but again confidence on Lebo in front of goal, he decides to pass.
"He must take it himself and finish. Gaston scored a more difficult goal than the chances Lebo got. It's okay, we won the game."
The Brazilians jetted out to Morocco straight after the game as they are set to face Wydad Casablanca in a CAF Champions League semi-final this weekend.
