Golden Arrows v Black Leopards

Golden Arrows will be aiming to snap an eight-match winless run when they host Black Leopards in a Premiership affair at the Princess Magogo Stadium on Sunday.

The Durban side's only win of 2018/19 came in the opening match of the season when they beat Maritzburg United away from home.

They have since lost three and drawn four league games, whilst also being dumped out of the MTN8.

But coach Clinton Larsen insists the situation are far from disastrous.

"I don’t think things are dire at all," he said. "If you look at it, half the teams in the league are sitting on five, six, seven or eight points, and We're one of those.

"We can go from 16th position to maybe as high as eighth. So, we’re part of eight teams that haven't really been turning our draws into victories."

Abafana Bes'thende are presently 12th on the table ahead of the game.
They are set to be bolstered by the return of Siyanda Zwane,
although Zolani Nkombelo and Velemseni Ndwandwe are both out. Mzwandile Buthelezi could return after missing their midweek goalless draw with Orlando Pirates.

As for Leopards, they won the big Limpopo derby in midweek and will enter the game high on confidence.

The 1-0 win over Baroka FC lifted the to 10th on the table.

Lidoda Duvha have no fresh injuries, with coach Joel Masutha having a full squad at his disposal.
